Connecting the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant to the Network

The FaxPress Enterprise Redundant requires two eight-conductor RJ-45 data cables. Use the RJ-45 cables provided by your Telco service provider/line carrier.

To connect the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant to your network and T1 or E1 line, follow these steps:

1. Connect the network cable to the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant server’s network port.
2. Connect the T1, E1 or PBX line to the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant’s T1/E1 port.
3. Plug the power cable into the FaxPress Enterprise Redundant server.
4. Plug the power cable into a power source.
